Procedure service rotation will consist of 1 week of procedure service and 1 week of neurology. Default option for your 2nd week is Neuro consults. If you let the medicine Chief Residents and Changrui Xiao (neuro Chief Resident) know more than one month in advance, you may instead request neuro ICU. You may also request, more than 1 month prior to your procedure service rotation, one week in the specialty you’re interested in, as long as you present a day-by-day plan and it is clinical with at least six 1/2 days of clinic (research is NOT allowed).
