Qgenda – PCG and Urgent Care Schedules

You may view your urgent care and primary care schedules via Qgenda. Your attending preceptors can also be found here.

How to view your schedule:

On computer:

  • Under “display” in the top left corner, ensure “Grid:Tasks” is selected.
  • Next to display, change the date to today’s date, select 12 months and click Go. You will now be able to see the year schedule.

On mobile:

  • At the top of your screen, click “Staff List” and change to “Task List.”
  • On the top right, find the date. Click on this to change the date to today’s date and scroll to find your schedule.

You now should be able to see who is assigned to PCG vs urgent care each day. Scroll down to find your name, as well as your associated preceptors.

Legend below:

View PCG clinic with the following:

  • “AMB Gen IMR Continuity Clinic” – either AM or PM intern/resident PCG clinic.
  • “AMB Gen Faculty Precepting IM” – attending for either AM or PM intern/resident PCG clinic.

View urgent care with the following:

  • “AMB Gen IMR Urgent Care” – either AM or PM intern/resident urgent care.
  • “AMB Gen Faculty Urgent Care” – attending for either AM or PM intern/resident urgent care.
