Uploading OSH Records to PACS

If you need to upload OSH records to PACS you can do either of the following:   Take the disc to the Mitchell Radiology administrative desk in the basement of Mitchell (across fro mthe old IR holding area). This desk is only open during regular business hours. If you would like a radiologist to read the study, there is a form they can provide you to fill out, otherwise they will just upload the image. You may also upload the images yourself via the CCU computer. Follow this handy How To Load OSH Images into PACs guide

Diversity Statement

The University of Chicago Internal Medicine Residency Program stands firmly against racism in health care and in society. As a residency program with a diverse population of patients, residents and staff, we have seen firsthand the devastating effects of systemic racism on the health and well-being of our community. We are committed to providing equitable health care to all patients.  Beyond our delivery of healthcare, we seek to address inequities within Chicago’s South Side through long-term partnerships with community-based organizations and advocacy. Within our residency program, we seek to challenge our own implicit biases, educate ourselves on health disparities, and build a more diverse and inclusive environment that enables all trainees to reach their unlimited potential.  https://imr.bsd.uchicago.edu/diversity-statement/
